Hi! I’m Stephanie. Welcome! I call my blog, “Learn to Discern” because sensing God’s presence is critical to not only the big decisions but the everyday (often “routine”) moments of our lives. Life can be just plain messy. Scripture tells us that there are many forms for God’s revelation. Elijah heard the voice of God in a whisper(1 Kings 19:11-13). Samuel was beckoned by a loud, audible calling (1 Sam. 3:1-9). Moses was the recipient of a double force: a bush afire with God speaking through it! (Exodus 3:2-4). Our senses are awakened as we learn to look for God’s presence in our daily encounters. It’s a journey which I hope we can take together as walking partners.
